About Our Facilitators

Dr. Robin McClure is an employee development and performance improvement specialist with over fifteen years of progressive experience in the fields of management/leadership and team development; technical, operational, and interpersonal skills training; and, instructional design. She works with organizations to help them optimize individual performance by teaching managers, leaders, and team members the importance of recognizing, understanding, and valuing each person's personality traits and how to strengthen the team by focusing on each members' unique strengths.

A believer in life-long learning, she holds a Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Instructional Design. Her dissertation focused on competency development and job-person congruency. Dr. McClure also holds Master's degrees in Human Resources Development and Management. Dr. McClure is the president of Evoke Development, LLC.
