Accurate Data Transfer ©
This class uses pen and paper, rather than keyboards, to emphasize the specific visual and perceptual techniques taught. Using a variety of multimedia experiences, Accurate Data Transfer focuses on the brain's perception of the information and reinforces accuracy by applying the techniques learned through a series of tasks similar to those participants see regularly on the job.
The course materials are divided into four modules.

Learn how to improve concentration and practice techniques for clustering and processing data. |
| Two |
Use in-house data to develop accurate transfer and proofreading skills with longer numbers (up to 15 digits). They also learn to identify and eliminate their own error patterns. |
| Three |
Practice new techniques with names and addresses, alphanumeric data, and punctuated numbers. They also practice listening to data given verbally. |
| Four |
Improve short-term memory and learn how to decipher handwritten data. They write individual action plans to facilitate the transfer of newly learned skills to their jobs. |
